It appears you don't actually have DAOS enabled on that db (or DAOS is enabled but Create_R85_Databases=1 isn't enabled). If you do, you should see the following in your console. Also, you may want to turn on Document Body Compression. The 21MB savings isn't far off for just enabling Design Compression as the mail85.ntf is 30MB.
