Console command to update notes.ini and config document 

Normal way of updating the notes.ini:

  1. Open the configuration document , add the parameter to the note.ini settings tab , save and close it
  2. Go to the server console and do a set config followed by the parameter and the value.
Eg:in the notes.ini tab of the config doc we enter REPLICATORS=4 and then on the server console we issue a command set config REPLICATORS=4.


Now how about a command were we can do it all at one go?

So try this

set config REPLICATORS=4 update


Append the word "update" after the set config command and the server will automatically update this variable into the notes.ini settings tab of its own configuration document.
