We are running Lotus Notes 8.5.1 on Windows and using the smart upgrade option to push on the fix packs
It works fine on all versions of windows except for Windows 7. When we try to run the Lotus Notes 8.5.1 FP1 or FP2 on the Windows7 box (with administrator rights) below are the errors we see
Any ideas what could be causing this and how we could solve this problem.

1) we did not use surunas or smartupg
hey guys, I tried running it manually and still got the same error. I logged in with my id (domain and local admin) and tried and still the same problem
2) Smart Upgrade is supported
But surunas is not supported. This is my understanding, at least.
3) not supported
Smartupgrade is not supported by Win7 or Vista due to changes that MS made.
