This quicker server has been running perfectly for the past few years and out of the blue it starts throwing up a error as show below

HTTP Server: Error - Unable to Bind quickrhost.mydomain.com, port 80, port in use or Bind To Host configuration specifies a duplicate IP address/host

Since the error was pointing to a port 80/http stack bind error , I initially thought it was some windows admin that had installed IIS on the box. That was not true. So then I suspected a DNS problem even that was not to be so

Then I realized that there was Trend Micro office scan running on the machine and I looked at the services running on that serverI found that Trend Micro has 4 default services running on the server.

I turned off the "Office Scan NT Proxy Service" and it all started working again. In short what I did realize that this was blocking all known/common incoming connections to this server except for port 1352. HTTP, HTTPS, SMTP etc were all blocked. Once I turned this off all these tasks on domino started up again and we were back in business
